Planners and Partners assist the event’s attendees with their visa arrangements when needed with the cooperation of the local authorities.

airport meet & greet

Attendees requesting an airport meet and greet service should provide Planners and Partners with their arrival flight details in advance. The representatives will meet and greet them at the airport and direct them all the way to the transportation point.

round trip transfer airport / hotels / airport

Planners and Partners arrange both VIP and ordinary round trip transfer service from the airport to different hotels and back. Attendees requiring this service must provide their arrival and departure flight details. Transfers will be customized to meet the arrival details, whether arrivals are individually, in groups or on various flights.

car rental assistance

Planners and Partners provide the option of car rental service. Attendees looking for affordable rates and an efficient way to book and pick up a rented car during their stay will have to specify the type of car needed and provide the pick up and return dates.

hotel booking and accommodation

Planners and Partners arrange the housing of the guests over the duration of the event. The event coordinator will assist attendees in making the room reservations in one or many appointed hotels.

Attendees will be assisted during the check in and check out process at hotels. A help desk with a representative will be present to secure a smooth check in and to provide necessary information about the event and all its activities.

shuttle services and transport

During large scale events, in case attendees are split between several hotels, Planners and Partners will organize shuttle bus services between the hotels and the venue according to a pre-set time table.
